The integration with Wealthbox allows advisors to receive client information and view account summaries, holdings, and transactions from Black Diamond reconciled accounts.

Key Features of the integration

  • View client portfolios directly inside Wealthbox.
  • Access up-to-date account balances and holdings without leaving Wealthbox.

How to enable the Black Diamond integration

  • Log in to your Wealthbox CRM account.
  • Go to Settings (found by clicking your profile picture at the top right).
  • Select "Applications."
  • Click the “settings” button for the Black Diamond application, and follow the instructions.

How Does the Black Diamond Integration Work?

  • A Webinar on the Integration of  + Wealthbox:  Watch Now
  • Data from Black Diamond is refreshed every day at 11am ET.
  • Client Relationships from Black Diamond will be automatically mapped to Wealthbox contacts using the contact's name and email address. Users can also manually link Black Diamond accounts if needed.
  • Black Diamond Client Advocates are available to assist with creating Relationships within Black Diamond in bulk.
  • If you aren't using Client Relationships in Black Diamond, you can learn more about using Relationships via the learning center.

Enabling the Black Diamond integration will display a new “Black Diamond” tab on the Contact Record page in Wealthbox.

 

You can drill into the details from the account summaries on the Contact Record by clicking on the account name.
