Common questions and best practices for Note Templates:
💡Best Practice Tip: Add Tags to Note Templates: When creating a note template, you can add applicable tags to help categorize the note and make it easily reportable later. Tags allow your team to quickly track specific interactions or pull up grouped notes (e.g., all “Annual Review” or “Phone Call”). The tag will automatically be applied to any note added using the template.
Q: Can Note Templates be restricted by groups or teams?
A: No. All users have access to all Note Teamplates and the templates cannot currently be restricted.
