What is Anasova? 

Anasova is a lead generation platform where advisors set lead criteria with filters, bid competitively on pricing, and manage leads easily with options to pause, modify, or cancel. Integrated with Wealthbox, it lets advisors create new contacts from leads and generates detailed notes with 50 data points. Advisors can tag leads for campaigns and follow-ups. This integration provides precise lead matching and pricing control, enabling informed decisions and efficient lead management.

How Does the Integration Work? 

  • When a lead is secured in Anasova, a new contact is automatically created in Wealthbox, eliminating manual entry.

  • Anasova automatically adds a comprehensive note to the Wealthbox contact, including up to 50 data points to help advisors better understand the prospect.
    Each note includes a link to the lead’s financial planning details, giving advisors quick access to deeper insights for follow-up and engagement.

When you secure a lead, a contact is automatically created within Wealthbox along with a note that includes the lead summary and a link to their financial plan in Anasova.

How to Enable the Integration

  1. Log in to your Anasova account.

  2. From your main dashboard in Anasova, navigate to the "Integrations" section. Click "Details"



  3. Select "Do Wealthbox Authentication."



  4. Enter your Wealthbox login credentials.

  5. The integration connection is completed, and Wealthbox will be listed as working in your Anasova integrations dashboard.



  6. Now, when you secure a lead, a contact will be automatically created, the lead summary will be sent to your notes, and you'll receive a link for additional details.

Q: What happens in Wealthbox when I secure a new lead in Anasova?
