How do I enable the RIA in a Box integration?

  1. Log in to MyRIACompliance and go to the Compliance Calendar page: https://www.myriacompliance.com/customer_compliance_calendar

  2. Click on the icon at the top right of the Calendar:


3. Select “Set Up Integration Partners":

4. Click on the Wealthbox icon
5. Enter your username and password for Wealthbox
6. Once you’ve signed into Wealthbox, you will notice the Wealthbox icon at the top right of your calendar in MyRIACompliance.
7. You can then click on the Wealthbox icon and select “Synchronize”:

8. Once the sync is complete, the MyRIACompliance calendar activities will be visible on your calendar within Wealthbox:



Troubleshooting & FAQs

Q: What happens if I disconnect the integration?
A: Once disconnected, no new data will sync from your MyRIACompliance calendar to Wealthbox. Previously synced event data will still display in Wealthbox.

Q: What if I do not see calendar events from MyRIACompliance on my Wealthbox calendar?
A: Ensure you've followed the integration steps fully and see the Wealthbox logo at the top right of your calendar in MyRIACompliance. If you see that logo but no events are present, reach out to MyRIACompliance's support team for further assistance.
