The integration between Wealthbox and Zeplyn allows users to:

Automatically sync the AI-generated client meeting notes from Zeplyn into Wealthbox.

Automatically create and delegate tasks in Wealthbox post meeting using the AI-generated meeting tasks in Zeplyn.
How to set up the integration

Log in to your Zeplyn account.

Click on the user profile icon in the bottom left corner and then click on Settings.

Click on Connect Wealthbox to initiate the integration.
Follow the prompts, enter your credentials to log in to Wealthbox, and click on Authorize to grant the requested permissions.
You will see a green pop up saying “Wealthbox integration successful”, and the Wealthbox integration on the Settings page will change status to “Already integrated”. That’s it, you’re all set!
How to send notes and tasks from Zeplyn into Wealthbox

Log in to your Zeplyn account and open the note you’d like to sync to Wealthbox.

Click on Edit in the top right corner and click on the CRM client drop down. You will see the list of your contact records fetched from Wealthbox.

Type in the name of the client in the Search box, select the desired contact record, and hit Save.

Click on Sync to CRM in the top right corner.

That’s it, your note details and tasks will be synced into Wealthbox and associated with the client’s contact record.
