To create a household or company:

1. From your Home page, click on “Contacts” within your “publisher.”  

2. Click on the add new “Household” or “Company” link.

3. Fill in the details for the company or household and click on the “Save this company/household” button.   

4. Another option is to navigate to your Contacts list page by clicking “Contacts” on the left-side panel and selecting "Add Contact." You can then add the contact details on this page to create the Household or Company contact.
