An email signature is a customizable block of text that automatically appears at the end of an email message. It typically includes essential contact information such as the sender's name, job title, company name, phone number, and email address. Many professionals also incorporate elements like company logos, legal disclaimers, social media links, or marketing messages.
If you use an email signature with your email provider and want to also use that signature when composing emailsin Wealthbox, you will need
To create or edit an email signature
- In the top-right corner, click the three stacked dots (⋮) and select “Settings."
- Select "Email" in the sidebar.
- At the top of the Email Settings page, you select "Signatures."
The most common method for creating a signature is to simply copy your the text from your signature in your email account and pasting it directly to the signature settings page in Wealthbox.
If you have images embedded in your signature, you can save them to your computer by right-clicking on them and choosing "save image as." You can then use the Insert Image option in the Wealthbox signature to insert the image from your signature.

Sometimes it is necessary to use an HTML editor to correctly create the signature with your details.



Common email signature questions
Q: Can I create multiple email signatures?
A: Yes, each user can create multiple email signatures. Check the "Default" box on the email signature that you would like to serve as your default.
Click the email signature button when composing an email to toggle between signatures.
Q: How can I access other users' email signatures?
A: In Wealthbox, email signatures are user-specific and cannot be directly accessed or shared between accounts. If you'd like to use another user's signature, you will need to manually replicate it under your own user profile.
Q: How do I change the font color in my email signature?

Q: If I already use an email signature in my email provider, do I need to create one in Wealthbox too?
A: Yes, if you use an email signature in your email provider (such as Gmail or Outlook), you will still need to create a separate signature in Wealthbox. Email signatures do not sync between your email provider and Wealthbox.
