The Raymond James integration allows Wealthbox users to access account details, balances, and holdings — all from the Contact Record page in Wealthbox. Please note – this integration only works with Raymond James RCS accounts.
How to enable the Raymond James integration

Select the “Enable” button under the Raymond James integration settings.

Click on the “Request Raymond James Integration” button, which will generate an email that needs to be sent to Raymond James requesting they start sending your RCS clients' data to Wealthbox.
It usually takes 24-48 hours before your Raymond James data will show in Wealthbox.

How does the Raymond James integration work?
Data from Raymond James is refreshed every morning.
Account information from Raymond James will be automatically mapped to Wealthbox contacts using the client's SSN as the primary identifier. If no match is found using the SSN, Wealthbox will then attempt to match the client using their first and last name as a secondary method. Additionally, users always have the option to manually link clients if the automatic mapping doesn’t return an exact match.
