Fynancial is a personalized, branded app that combines traditional wealth management tools with social engagement features, transforming how advisors interact with clients. It allows RIAs to import contacts and tags, send client communications back to Wealthbox where they are logged as client notes, and connect with clients more effectively through their customized app. This integration streamlines communication and enhances client relationships.

How to Enable the Integration
- From the Admin Dashboard, click on the Profile Icon in the upper right corner to expand the menu.

- Then select Integrations.

- On the Integrations Page, click ‘Connect’ on the Wealthbox Integration Card.

- After clicking Connect, you will be redirected to Wealthbox to log in to your account. Enter your email address and password. Then click Log In to Wealthbox.

- Once you have successfully logged into Wealthbox, you will be redirected back to Fynancial, where you will receive a "Success" message notifying you that Wealthbox has been connected successfully.
How Does the Fynancial Integration Work?
Once enabled, advisors can easily import tags, advisors, staff, and contacts from Wealthbox into Fynancial, ensuring all client info is synchronized and reducing manual entry and errors. Fynancial captures all communication—including messages and feed comments—and pushes them back into Wealthbox as notes, organized by a custom Notes tag for easy tracking. Advisors can sync data both ways, keeping client details current across both platforms so that they can focus more on clients and less on admin tasks.
How to Use the Integration
Capturing Communication from the Fynancial App
In addition to making it easy to import data into Fynancial, we also make it easy for advisors to capture all of the activity that is taking place within Fynancial by pushing those conversations back into Wealthbox. There are two types of communication that take place within Fynancial:

Fynancial will push both of these back into Wealthbox as Notes. To ensure that all communication is captured in the CRM and that it can be easily differentiated from other activity taking place outside of Fynancial, we need to create a Custom Tag for Notes.
Configuring a Custom Tag for Notes in Wealthbox
Log in to Wealthbox, and then click on the 3 dots next to your name in the top right-hand corner. Then click Settings > Tags (Located underneath Customize Data).

Then click on Create Tag.

Then, enter Fynancial as the tag's Name and make the selection for Notes. Then click Save.

Once you receive the "Success" message, you can scroll down and confirm that the Note Tag has been created as Fynancial.

That’s it! The configuration is now complete, and you will receive all client communications from Fynancial as new Tagged Notes within Wealthbox.
Syncing Data from the Wealthbox CRM
Syncing Tags
Now that the connection has been established, you are ready to begin syncing tags, advisors, and contacts from your Wealthbox CRM into Fynancial. During the initial sync process, it is imperative to follow the instructions below to ensure that all data is successfully synced.
Let’s start by syncing the Tags first. To import the tags from your CRM, click on Tools > Manage Tags, then click Add and select Import from CRM in the dropdown.

A new Pop-Up Window will appear. Click on Sync from CRM. Once the sync has been initiated, you will receive a Green Success Message in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. You will then receive another notification when the Sync Process has been completed.

When the Sync Process has completed, you can return to this page, where you will now see all of the tags from your CRM. Simply select the ones that you want to bring into Fynancial and then click Import Selected.

Syncing Advisors and Staff
Onboarding Advisors works the same way. Click on Advisors in the menu. Then click Add and select Import from CRM in the dropdown.

Q: What types of communication are pushed back into Wealthbox?
A: Fynancial sends both direct messages and comments on feed posts to Wealthbox. These communications are saved as notes under the client’s contact record, using a custom tag so you can easily identify them.
Q: How do I set up the custom tag in Wealthbox to capture notes from Fynancial?
A: After logging into Wealthbox, click the three dots in the top right corner, then go to Settings > Tags. Click Create Tag, enter Fynancial as the tag’s name, select Notes, and click Save. Once you see the success message, the tag will be ready to use to capture client communication.

A: Make sure you clicked Sync from CRM, waited for the green success message, and then selected the items you want to import. If they still don’t appear, try repeating the sync process.
