How to Enable the Integration
- Log in to www.mycopytalk.com.
- Navigate to the "Wealthbox Integration" link on the top right. This page sets up the one-time initial authentication between your Copytalk account and your Wealthbox account.
- After providing your Wealthbox login credentials and reviewing and agreeing to the Copytalk Terms of Service regarding Wealthbox CRM integration, clicking "I agree" will initiate the integration.Â
How Does the Integration Work?Â
To use the integration, operate the Copytalk service as usual, but start by stating the specific Wealthbox feature you want to use, such as “create contact,” “create task,” etc. You can choose how many fields to fill in and the order of dictation; refer to the list below to see the available fields for dictation. For optimal results, when dictating dates, include the full date with the year (for example, January 1, 2025, or 1/1/25), and when dictating times, specify AM or PM. If you are calling in a new contact, you could say, "Create contact. First name Joseph. Last Name Adams. Note: Met with Joseph for the second time this week, schedule follow-up for June."Â

Important: ***Recipient: This is only required if you have the "Flexible Recipients" feature enabled on your account. "Flexible Recipients" allows you to specify the recipient(s) of your transcription. If you want the transcription to be integrated into Wealthbox, specify Wealthbox along with any other recipients. If your account does not have the "Flexible Recipients" feature enabled, your transcription will always be sent to the Wealthbox CRM.Â

Troubleshooting & FAQsÂ
Q: Why am I not seeing Wealthbox or another/previous CRM as an option in Copytalk?Â
A:Â The Copytalk interface may still display options for previously used or disabled integrations. Please contact Copytalk Support for further assistance, as they control the visibility of those options, and they can refresh your account to display the Wealthbox integration.
Q: Do I need to mention Wealthbox every time I dictate a note or task to Copytalk?
A: If your account has the Flexible Recipients feature turned on, you need to specify “Wealthbox” as the recipient when you start your dictation, along with any other recipients you’d like to include. If Flexible Recipients isn't enabled, your transcriptions will automatically be sent to Wealthbox without needing to mention it.
Q: What’s the best way to format dates and times when dictating?
A: For accurate transcription, include the full date with year (like “January 1, 2025” or “1/1/25”) and specify AM or PM for times. This helps record tasks, events, and deadlines correctly in Wealthbox.
