The Healthpilot integration allows you to securely send client demographic information from Wealthbox into the Healthpilot platform. This includes first name, last name, email address, date of birth, and ZIP Code, enabling seamless Medicare referrals for your clients. Healthpilot does not use this data for marketing. Instead, it gives you, the advisor, control over when and how to make Medicare recommendations, helping you provide valuable, confident support for your clients’ needs.

 

Key Features

With the Healthpilot integration, you can quickly and securely transfer client data from Wealthbox to Healthpilot to facilitate Medicare referrals. The integration supports importing individual contacts, such as clients, spouses, and prospects, and ensures that only contacts with complete required data are added. After import, you’ll receive a report highlighting any records that didn’t transfer successfully (for example, due to missing a date of birth). Healthpilot also avoids duplicate entries when re-importing updated records, giving you confidence and control as you manage your referrals.

 

How to Enable the Integration

To get started, follow these steps:

  1. Create your Healthpilot Advisor account
    Go to Healthpilot.com/advisor and click “Get Started.”

  2. Log in to both Healthpilot and Wealthbox

  3. Start the import process in Healthpilot

    • In your Healthpilot account, click “Import My Clients from CRM.”

    • From the dropdown, select Wealthbox.

  4. Authorize the connection

    • If you’re already logged in to Wealthbox, simply click “OK” when prompted.

  5. Choose who to import

    • Select the contact types you'd like to include (e.g., clients, client spouses, and prospects).

    • Click “Submit.”

  6. Review import results

    • A report will show which contacts were successfully imported and which were skipped (along with the reason, for example, missing a required field like date of birth).

To correct the “error results,” simply update the client record and re-import using the instructions above. And don’t worry, we won’t duplicate your clients that have already been imported.

What does Healthpilot do with my client's information?

Your Client List is Yours Alone! Know that at Healthpilot, the clients you or your fellow firm members enter into your Advisor Portal are yours alone. Healthpilot does not reach out to your clients or use your client contact information without your permission—the Advisor Portal makes it easier for you to identify your Medicare-eligible clients and refer them over to an easy-to-use shopping experience.
