This integration sends client data from Wealthbox to Healthpilot. This includes client demographic information including name, date of birth, ZIP Code, and email address.
Healthpilot does not use this information for any marketing purpose, rather the Healthpilot tools put you, the advisor, in control of making Medicare referrals to your clients in an intuitive way that drives significant confidence and solves a pressing need for your clients!
Enabling the integration

First, set up your office’s Healthpilot Advisor account at Healthpilot.com/advisor and click “Get Started”. For assistance with Healthpilot, reach out to advisor.support@healthpilot.com.

Once you’ve set up your Healthpilot account and logged in, use the Wealthbox integration to import your client data, facilitating quick client referrals.

First, ensure you are also logged in to Wealthbox.

Then, to import your clients from Wealthbox, select “Import My Clients from CRM”

Next, choose Wealthbox from the dropdown

If you’re logged in to Wealthbox already, click “OK”.

Select which client types you’d like to include (e.g., clients, client spouses, & prospects) and click “Submit”

The integration will import your client list and give you a report of any clients that did not import (with a reason as to why, for example, missing a date of birth)

The following fields are required for client data to be imported:

To correct the “error results”, simply update the client record and re-import using the instructions above. And don’t worry, we won’t duplicate your clients that have already been imported.

Your Client List is Yours Alone! Know that at Healthpilot the clients you or your fellow firm members enter into your Advisor Portal are yours alone. Healthpilot does not reach out to your clients or use your client contact information without your permission—the Advisor Portal makes it easier for you to identify your Medicare-eligible clients and refer them over to an easy-to-use shopping experience.
