With the bi-directional integration, Zocks can automatically create client meeting agendas, sync events, and notes, assign tasks across your team, and update key data fields in Wealthbox.

How to Enable the Integration
- Log in to Zocks. Go to Profile Settings (Left Navigation) and then to Integrations (second Tab).
- Go to Connect to CRM > Select “Connect” to Wealthbox.
- Enter your Wealthbox Credentials.
- Easily choose between saving Meeting Summaries to Notes (default) or Events in Wealthbox.
How to Use the Integration
- Sync Zocks Meeting Summaries and Follow Ups as Wealthbox Events or Notes, and Tasks.
- When syncing Notes to Wealthbox, you have a couple of options.
- Select the Wealthbox Icon in any individual Zocks Meeting Preset to save a Note directly to a contact or household Wealthbox.
- Or alternatively, you can export the entire meeting summary to Wealthbox.
- You can also pick and choose which sections to include when exporting to Wealthbox if desired.
- Similarly, with Zocks Follow Ups, you can sync to Tasks and assign to team members with due dates and priority in Wealthbox.
