In Wealthbox, customers on the premier or higher plans who have multiple workspaces can share workflow templates across all workspaces within their subscription. This is helpful for home offices to share workflow processes with advisor teams or other offices to improve consistency and efficiency.

  • Only Admin users can share workflow templates across workspaces.

  • Sharing workflow templates is selective from each template by checking Yes under the "Share this template with my workspaces".

    • This template will then be available under the published templates in every workspace in your account.

  • If users in other workspaces would like to edit the template to make it their own, they will need to duplicate the template in their workspace. The duplicated template can then be renamed and the process can be edited to add, remove, or modify in steps within the template.

  • The template would not be editable unless done so from the workspace it was created in.

    • For consistency and easy maintenance, it is recommended to create all shared workflow templates from one workspace (i.e. Home Office workspace) since they need to be edited from the workspace they were created in.

Note: Contact roles, Teams, and Categories are not supported within shared templates, as these are unique to each workspace. It is recommended to use a default option for step assignments and categories. Within each workspace, if specific contact roles or teams are necessary and a specific category is preferred, the template can be duplicated to edit these items to be specific to the workspace customizations.
