Enable the Wealth.com integration to access the information in Wealthbox

Integration Connection Instructions:

  • Wealthbox users who want to integrate their Wealth.com account will need to go to Wealth.com and register as an Advisor or log in to their existing Advisor account

  • Once a user is in their Wealth.com Advisor account, they will select the initials in the circle on the lower left corner of the page and select ‘Settings’

  • In ‘Settings’ select the ‘Connections’ option

  • Once the ‘Connections’ page loads, the user will see Wealthbox as an option to connect to

  • Click the ‘Not Connected’ button (see screenshot below):

  • Once the user has selected ‘Not Connected’ a Wealthbox log-in window will pop up for the user to enter their log-in details used for Wealthbox

  • Once the user has entered their credentials, they will be taken back to the ‘Connections’ screen and it will display that they are connected to Wealthbox

  • Once the user has successfully connected their Wealthbox account, they can go to Wealthbox.com, and complete setting up custom fields to show for each client.

  • Once the user signs into Wealthbox, they will see a note on their Home page:

  • The user should select ‘Read More’ in order to expand the instructions

  • The user will select ‘here’ (see screenshot below) in order to be sent directly to the

    instructions page to set up custom fields to show for each client contact that exists in Wealthbox and Wealth.com

  • Once the page loads, the user will select ‘Create Custom Field’ and input corresponding information provided in the accompanying screenshot above

  • The user should input corresponding information provided in the accompanying screenshot above and select ‘Save Custom Field’ for each occurrence. See example below

What a user will see in Wealthbox:

  1. User Defined Fields related to Wealth.com Integration

    1. Through completion of the last 4 steps, the following fields will be available and automatically populate in each contact card for clients that use Wealth.com:

      1. Wealth.com Account Status

        1. This field is meant to reflect the status of the Wealth.com based one whether the client has been invited and if they accepted or declined the invitation

        2. List of values:

          1. Invited

            1. This status should correspond to a client that is invited by an advisor, but hasn’t created an account yet

          2. Active

            1. This status should correspond to a client that has signed up to Wealth.com and accepted an advisor’s invitation to be connected on the “Personalize” screen OR for an existing user who accepts the advisor’s invitation to be connected via the modal on the Dashboard

          3. Declined

            1. This status should correspond to a client that has signed up to Wealth.com, but declined the advisor’s invitation to share account information with them

      2. Wealth.com Emergency Access

        1. This field is meant reflects if a client has added an Emergency Access contact within Wealth.com:

        2. List of values:

          1. No - client has not added an Emergency Access contact

          2. Invited - client has requested an Emergency Access contact

          3. Yes - Emergency Access contact has accepted client request

          4. Declined - Emergency Access contact has declined client request

      3. Wealth.com Estate Plan

        1. This field is meant to reflect which plan the Client has chosen within Wealth.com

        2. List of values:

          1. Individual Will Plan

          2. Couples Will Plan

          3. Individual Trust Plan

          4. Couples Trust Plan

      4. Wealth.com Estate Plan Status

        1. This field is meant to reflect the client’s overall progress of completing their Estate Plan

        2. List of values:

          1. Not Started

            1. Shows when no estate planning document has been started

          2. In Progress

            1. Shows when one or more estate planning documents are in progress. This includes the spouse’s documents if the client is on a couple’s plan

          3. Pending Validation

            1. Shows when all estate planning documents are pending validation. This includes the spouse’s documents if the client is on a couple’s plan

          4. Completed

            1. Shows when all estate planning documents have been signed. This includes the spouse’s documents if the client is on a couple’s plan

      5. Wealth.com Last Login Date

        1. This field is meant to reflect the last date a client logged in to their account

        2. List of values:

          1. Date and time

  2. Notes related to Wealth.com Integration

    1. Once a Wealthbox user has connected with Wealth.com, they will see notes related to their client’s latest activity under Home page > Workspace (screenshot 1) and within each contact card under Activity
