Wealthbox automatically links Black Diamond clients to your Wealthbox contacts via a matching name or email address — but when your client’s emails don’t match (or when contacts have the same name), it's nice to be able to run your own search.
How it works
You can search for clients in Black Diamond directly from a contact record page in Wealthbox. Simply click on the Black Diamond tab and search for your client by name:
Click the "Link Client" button for any clients you want to link between the two systems, and that link will be saved:
Whenever you visit that contact in Wealthbox, accounts for the clients you linked will display in the Black Diamond tab:
Additionally, when you link household members, those accounts will automatically display on the household, along with accounts linked directly to the household itself.
