How do I enable the integration with Mobile Assistant?

To enable the integration between Wealthbox and Mobile Assistant, you will first need to create an Access Token in Wealthbox. To do this, you can

  • click the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of Wealthbox

  • select the Settings option

  • Navigate to the API Access page found below the Personal section of the light gray menu to the left of the page.

  • Click the green "Create Access Token" button in the upper right corner.

  • Name the Label Mobile Assistant and click Save which will then generate a token.

  • Copy the token and send to Mobile Assistant's support team to enable the integration for you on their end.

  • Mobile Assistant's Support can be reached by calling 888-373-1916, option 2. Or by email at support@mobileassistant.us.
