A workflow outcome on steps allows you to create flexible workflows by going to a step, restarting the step on a given date, or completing/restarting the workflow.
A step set to schedule an introduction meeting may have various outcomes, for example, confirmed the meeting, left a voicemail, the meeting was declined. Each of these outcomes requires the workflow to take a different direction which is possible with the customized outcome feature.
Note: Workflow outcomes are not available on the Wealthbox Basic plan.
