How do I export my data from Advisor Engine CRM?

  1. Navigate to Settings.

  2. Click the Database Export tile.

  3. Create a password that will be used to encrypt the zip file of your data. The password must be at least seven characters long.

  4. Click Export. When the export is completed you will receive a System Alert.

  5. Once the alert is received, open your alerts.

  6. Click the System Alerts tab.

  7. Click Get Link To Database Export to begin downloading your data.

  8. To open the zip file once downloaded, you will need to enter the password you created in step 3.

These steps will provide your current database contents in CSV files. If these instructions don't work for you, please contact Advisor Engine directly to request a backup of your CRM data.
