How do I disable the email tracking feature?

To disable link and open tracking by default:

  1. Navigate to your email settings by clicking the gear in the lower left corner of the Wealthbox Mail tab

  2. Choose “No” next to “enable email ‘open’ and ‘link’ tracking by default: 

   3. Click “Save Changes” to save your preferences
