Yes, an admin user on your account can add, edit, delete and reorder your contact types within your Wealthbox settings.
- Navigate to the three dots in the upper right corner of Wealthbox
- Click on settings
- Go to “Customizations” under “Workspace”
- Click on “Contact Types” under “Workspace Customizations.”
Note: If you have a contact type associated to a contact, you will be prompted to change the type to another type before deleting it.
