Wealthbox is integrated to send contacts to your created lists in MailChimp, Constant Contact, or AWeber.

After you have created the account with the third-party service, you can create email templates and list names in that program. On your “Applications” page in Wealthbox, you will see MailChimp, Constant Contact, and AWeber within the alphabetical list. You can integrate your account by entering your login credentials on the settings page for the appropriate partner.

To send a filtered list of contact details to the email service:

  1. Filter and select the contacts you wish to import to the email marketing services (it defaults to check the first page of contacts only, you may need to “check all” to be sure all filter results are checked).

  2. Select bulk actions.

  3. Click “Send to MailChimp.” (or your integrated service)

  4. Choose the list within the service you want to send the contacts to.

  5. Click Send.

Please note:

  • The integration exports First name, Last name, and email address from Wealthbox. If a contact has multiple email addresses in Wealthbox, it sends only the one checked as primary OR the first email address listed if no email is marked as primary.

  • You will need MailChimp, Constant Contact, or AWeber login credentials in order to enable these integrations.
