The integration with Wealthbox and the file storage services allows you to link to the specific file in Dropbox, Box.net and/or Google Drive and do not store any of your credentials for those services in Wealthbox. Other users on your account have access to view and download only the specific file(s) you have linked to the contact assuming they have visibility permissions to the contact you have linked the file to.
