To create a “Workflow” template:
- Click on “Workflows” on the left-side navigation panel.
- Choose “Manage Templates.”
- Choose “Add Template.”
- Name the Workflow.
- Choose whether you want this to be a “Sequential” workflow. If you choose “no” the workflow will be a checklist which can be completed in any order.
- Determine whether your workflow is for a contact, opportunity or project.
- Give the workflow a description.
- Fill in the details to create the steps.
- Save the template.
