To create a “Workflow” template:

  1. Click on “Workflows” on the left-side navigation panel.
  2. Choose “Manage Templates.”
  3. Choose “Add Template.”
  4. Name the Workflow.
  5. Choose whether you want this to be a “Sequential” workflow. If you choose “no” the workflow will be a checklist which can be completed in any order.
  6. Determine whether your workflow is for a contact, opportunity or project.
  7. Give the workflow a description.
  8. Fill in the details to create the steps.
  9. Save the template.
