The Wealthbox Mail feature by default restricts email correspondence to be be visible only by the user whose email is connected. By navigating to the “Email” tab within a specific individual contact record you can change the visibility setting by clicking “Email Sharing”. You can choose different visibility restrictions for each email address you have for a contact so that any email to/from that address for that contact is shared with the users who need to see the correspondence.
