How to enable the integration
From the three-dot menu in the top right corner of Wealthbox click on "Applications', then click the "Settings" button for the Black Diamond application as shown in the below screenshot.
On the Black Diamond applications page:
Enter your Black Diamond username and password
Click the "Enable" button
Wealthbox will begin receiving and processing data from Black Diamond within a few minutes.
Once Wealthbox processes the data from Black Diamond, you will have access to account details, holdings, and transactions — all from the Contact Record page in Wealthbox.
Please note: The Black Diamond integration does not import contacts into Wealthbox. You will need to import or create the contacts in Wealthbox manually in order for their Black Diamond accounts to appear in the system.
