In Wealthbox, there are a couple of options for tracking client reviews.

  • You could create tags for each month so you can filter a list of all contacts due in January, for example can be scheduled.
  • Another more thorough option would be to create custom fields; a custom date field to track the last review data and custom text field for the frequency (ie quarterly, annually, etc). A repeating task can then be created based of these two fields to set reminders to schedule their next review.
