Users can create custom categories to label event types (I.e. “Kevin’s Calendar”, “New Business”, Private Appointment”, etc.). These categories can also be color coded to distinguish the differences.

To customize your event categories:

  1. Navigate to your Calendar settings by clicking the three dots in the top right corner of Wealthbox > Settings > Customizations > Event Categories.
  2. Scroll down to find the “Event Categories” where you can click the green “Create Event Category” button.
  3. Add the new category name, click the color box to customize the color of the category and click “Save.”
