Changes to your bill may occur when your change (upgrade or downgrade) your current plan, or when you change (add or remove) the number of users subscribed to your current plan.  We prorate a customer’s billing based on the time the change was made to a customer’s subscription, using the current billing period start and end times. Customers will see the proration line item applied on the next invoice.

For example, if a customer, who is subscribed to our Basic plan and is billed on the first of the month, upgrades to our Pro plan, they will be billed for the new plan for the remainder of the month and will be credited for the unused portion of the old plan.
